Fleur Restaurant Bar - Leeds

Could not be more happy with the service (glass was always full and they came around every 5 min asking if we would like a drink) very friendly staff and the food was excellent. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

The aesthetic was lovely and the drinks (mocktails were nice) the food overall was very basic, lacked flavour and needs serious improvement in my opinion. I may consider going again in a couple of months time, the food was slightly expensive.

I had a booking for 2 people for Botomless Brunch. I did not enjoy the experience, advertised as ‘Most Instagramable’ however when my guest and I arrived we were seated outside on a table in the corner, no nice booth, no nice décor in the outside area. It was cold and I had to keep my jacket on the whole time. I went to the ladies not long after arrival, there was water all over the floor, there was no toilet paper in the cubicle and the hand towel waste bin was overflowing onto the floor. Next I order a drink, the cocktails tasted like pre made cheap juice. We tried another cocktail and it was not drinkable so we returned it and asked for prosecco instead, when we returned in a gentleman who works there who was wearing a suit said ‘ they serve better cocktails later on ‘ I find it very poor that you your staff admit they serve ‘cheap cocktails’ for those having bottomless brunch. The Tempura prawn starter lacked a dip, just a bit of sauce was on the plate making them dry. The main was fine but not enjoyable as we were cold. We paid extra for the starter and main, which was not worth it. We couldn’t wait for the 90 minutes to be up and to get out of there to somewhere warm and with a better atmosphere. I wouldn't want anyone else to get lured in by the website when the whole experience was very disappointing.

We visited the Leeds restaurant on Saturday with a very fussy eater in our group, she wanted just chips as part of the bottomless brunch- but the waitress explained the menu and gave her recommendations and we went with that. The food was absolutely incredible! 'I feel guilty for moaning about the menu now ' our friend said. No complaints about the food at all. There are three drinks to choice from, the pink gin fizz is very strong but it is so good, the other tastes like a sex on the beach. Really good atmosphere and really helpful and happy staff that looked like they wanted to be there. The only thing that let the experience down was the addition of £15 in service charge to our bill-with no explanation, just assumption. We were splitting the bill 5 ways and wanting to pay a tip until the assumption was made at how much we paid. This obviously is not the fault of the staff- but that comes across as very rude and it takes away that feeling of giving by just taking it without telling us. Remove it and you 'll get more tips. Other than that, amazing experience, thank you to all the staff involved.

The food was lovely, however the restaurant was freezing cold. We had to keep our jackets on and it was uncomfortable... We weren't the only ones to complain, we were told the heating was broken. It really did ruin the overal experience and based on this wouldn't be in a rush to return
