The first time I visited this place, it was amazing. we had a great coffee, hot chocolate and cake. it was quality products, tasteful and there was a beautiful... read more The first time I visited this place, it was amazing. we had a great coffee, hot chocolate and cake. it was quality products, tasteful and there was a beautiful atmosphere. the second time we visited today, we were not so impressed. the white hot chocolate. tasted not much, except warm milk (it would have been better hot too) and the coffee was not as good as the first time as it was a little bitter. we were also disappointed that dogs were not loud when we saw on instagram that the owners had a dog in the caffe, so thought this was a dog-friendly caffe. we love the decoration and ethos of caffes. but unfortunately we will not be running again after today.

A very good service and unorganized team to say the least. order by the app and waited minutes. then we asked ourselves where our coffees should be said that th... read more A very good service and unorganized team to say the least. order by the app and waited minutes. then we asked ourselves where our coffees should be said that they were very busy and we would be done next. but the people who come for pickup orders that have ordered after we order there first receive within minutes. after minutes we received our order only to realize that my partner had received the wrong coffee. that was then sent back and needed a few minutes to get the right order. When my partner got his coffee, I finished mine. to complete it, the coffees were very warm. while other tables complained whether the wrong commands were received or the waiting time was ridiculous. After I was told big things about this load, both I and my partner were very disappointed to say the least and will not return again.
