Called into the Chapel Allerton branch today where there appeared to only be two staff working. The seats were covered in crumbs and there were two pieces of cotton wool which looked like they had come out of someone’s ears, on the floor next to us. Other rubbish was also on the cafe floor. My friends spoon was grubby and one of our saucers was chipped. All in all other good enough for the prices you charge. The lad that was working also looked like he could do with an iron running over him.
