It seems like the vegan dumpling/bun filling is the same, but you can choose how you want your dumplings prepared: boiled, steamed, pan-fried, or in a bun. I tried the steamed and boiled dumplings, which had the same filling, but I plan on going back to confirm. Each table also has soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar so you can customize your dipping sauce. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, and they are happy to accommodate. There is also a note section on the menu to specify vegan preferences. I can't wait to go back and try some of the hot dishes and have the boiled dumplings again. Delicious!

It seems that the vegan dumpling filling is the same, but customers can choose how they would like their dumplings prepared: boiled, steamed, pan-fried, or in rolls. I tried both the steamed and boiled dumplings, which had the same filling, and I plan to return to confirm my suspicion. Each table also comes equipped with soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar so that diners can create their own dipping sauce to their liking. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, and there is a special section on the menu to specify vegan preferences. I will definitely be returning to try some of the hot dishes and have the boiled dumplings again. Yum!
