Anna's - Leederville
Anna's
Description
The restaurant Anna Vietnamese offers a mixed dining experience, with some patrons praising the flavorful dishes at a reasonable price, such as the BBQ pork and garlic chicken mains, while others found the food to be basic and not up to expectations. The service was noted to be friendly, although slow in some instances. Despite some shortcomings, the restaurant seems to have a loyal customer base, with dishes like the stuffed chicken wings and whole crispy snapper receiving praise. Overall, Anna Vietnamese in Leederville provides a convenient option for a satisfying meal before catching a movie at Luna Cinema.

The environment of this place is pretty basic, but the food is lovely and the service was friendly. The crab sweetcorn soup was particularly delicious
Went with friends, arrived early but was greeted by friendly staff and seated. Mains only ordered and were ready in less than 10 minutes. I ordered Satay Chicken and Onions with a portion of steamed rice and loved it!. The sauce was one of the best satay sauces i have ever tasted.
I love this place! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Mai and the staff until the time you leave, it guarantees a wonderful evening. The restaurant is BYO, allowing you to bring your favorite wine to enjoy with an extensive menu that caters beautifully to vegetarians. The prices are incredibly reasonable, making it affordable to dine here every week. It has recently been revamped, and it's just a short walk from Leederville train station, with a bus stop only about 10 meters away. Plus, it’s conveniently located just 10 meters from Luna Cinema and Luna Outdoor Cinema, making it perfect for a pre-movie meal.
The food was outstanding, with the fried chicken taking center stage. The service was warm and welcoming, and the prices were reasonable. The BYO option was a nice perk. I would definitely return!
We came here last night for a late dinner it was quite full but we got a table for 5, it is BYO and so we popped around to the bottle shop near IGA for some beers and wine. We had prawn crackers and spring rolls to start very nice. Then Bbq pork which didn't look amazing but the flavour was excellent much better than expected. It's funny though, I've been to Vietnam and items like Bun No Xao and Pho are always a staple at Vietnamese restaurants usually....but they were missing from the menu here. However on request they did make the Bun No Xao for us and it was good. I'll be back here.
