What Vern Gerhold doesn't like about Ciceros Grill:
We visited the restaurant twice this weekend. On Friday, it was very busy and the service suffered because they couldn't keep up. However, when we returned today, I ordered the same sandwich and it was much better. The service was also faster this time. Despite the initial experience, I would still recommend stopping by this restaurant. View all feedback.
The owner is awesome,and her staff is always fun and friendly. A good home feel atmosphere . The place is always spotlessly clean, and the food is made fresh with a ton of options for everyone. A go to place if looking for some reasonabley priced excellent food. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Went for. Special occasion and was not pleased with food or service. Warm not hot food. Pizza's were not good to me. Not a fan of this restaurant.

I have been going to Cicero's since opening. I will say that the overall atmosphere and style of the restaurant has improved greatly. The food and service has been very lackluster. I am assuming that the staff is overworked/understaffed and that has caused the consistency. It seems that the food and service is either great! or it is lacking greatly! This will not stop me from going but I hope that something is done to improve the quality of the meals.
Food was very good ....staff was super friendly was a great spot to stop as our son was at practice!
