When we finally sat down, we had to... read more We made a reservation for a family birthday dinner at 6 p.m. two weeks in advance. Upon our arrival, our table wasn't ready. When we finally sat down, we had to ask the waitress to clear away a stack of menus cluttering our table. After receiving our drinks, we waited quite a while for our starters, but once they arrived, we all enjoyed them. However, after an hour and a half, our main courses still hadn’t come out, and our young children were starting to get hungry. The waitstaff seemed disengaged, standing at the bar with their backs to us, seemingly oblivious to our wait time. When one of the waitresses eventually went to the kitchen to check on our order, we decided we had been patient enough and asked for the bill instead. The manager was dissatisfied with our decision, claiming that customers usually enjoy a leisurely pace between courses. Overall, we found the staff to be inattentive and disorganized. In fact, people seated next to us arrived after us, yet finished their meal and left before our main courses even arrived. We won’t be rushing back to dine here again.
