I order here about once a month and it’s always been good. Today they made a mistake on my pick up order. Instead of getting upset and being rude, they were understanding and helpful. Even offered a free cookie as well as fixing the mistake. View all feedback.
What SLiCKO HAPiNEZ doesn't like about Subway:
I go in for just a soda. Nobody’s in line. Grab my drink and walk up to pay. Girl at the register staring at her phone. Looks at me then back on the phone. Doesn’t say a word to me. Then after an awkward 1 1/2 mins the other kid rings me out as she’s still on her phone in front of the register. I will never go to this subway again. View all feedback.
I've gone three different times and they're closed when it says they're open. Super annoying.

Recently this Subway location has taken a dive. It used to be great, but after coming back a few times and not seeing any of the employees they had working anymore that made it great, it's clear why the quality has suffered. Infact, it seems to be a revolving door of employees because you never see the same faces anymore. Sandwiches come out sloppy, the prep area looks messy, the staff aren't as friendly as they once were (probably because it's usually only one person doing the job of two), and they skimp on the ingredients. When you're paying close to 20 dollars for a sandwich and a drink, you expect better than what this location delivers. It's a shame because like I said, they used to be great ?.
Online order was cancelled for some unknown reason and a pending charge shows. This isn't the fault of anyone at the store but they just lost a sale and two customers. I'd avoid ordering here just because of this situation.
