Was Madison S at Starbucks Coffee a mag?
This is seriously one of the best starbucks around. They're always so quick and efficient, and the place is always so clean! Not to mention, Brooke (yes I asked for her name) made my coffee one of the best I've ever had from any Starbucks. It's a little out of the way for my daily run, but I will 100% be back every time I visit Foxwoods. View all feedback.

Just horrible service. After ordering I asked for my receipt for work. I got told that I'd have to wait a while for receipt, since the cashier started taking another customers order. Long story short, I asked the manager for a refund and next thing you know per the staff working I find myself in an altercation getting spit on, sworn at pushed,shoved and threatened with still no refund. Sheri was one of the best employees, she always had a smile and made my drink amazingly, I truly miss her and don’t want to come back if she’s not there ?

I come to this Starbucks once in a while, whenever my husband and I go to the casino. There's an older lady that works at this location and she is typically unpleasant but during my encounter yesterday, I witnessed her behavior being beyond unacceptable. Firstly, while I was waiting in the lobby, I overheard a conversation with a customer where this older lady was being very confrontational towards the customer because he commented on her bad attitude. She then blatantly disregarding his feelings in the matter and then refused to serve him, she walked away from the situation entirely and left the two other young ladies to handle the entire lobby which was full. Once I had gotten my order as well as my husbands, we both talked about the situation quietly and maybe 5-10 minutes later, the older lady was back with her attitude. you would think that she would of taken time to reevaluate her attitude towards others but she began to yell at one of the employees in front of everyone. The young lady handled the situation well for someone being yelled at by who I would assume is their higher up. I wish I could of gotten the name of that poor employee who was being belittled, I can only imagine how horrible that was for her considering how uncomfortable it was even for me as a customer. Nobody deserves to be treated like that especially being belittled in front of a full lobby of customers. I will never come back to this location, they need a serious rework of their management team.

If I could give zero stars I would. absolutely horrible service from one specific barista. right up front we could tell she was irritated taking our order, I think she sighed loud enough for all to hear. second she got my whole order wrong because she wasn't listening at all!!! she over charged me and gave me the wrong sandwiches so when I asked her why my order was off she was extremely rude to not only me but my husband also and started to argue back how I was wrong. she got my drink wrong, his drink was correct but than she charged me for 3 sandwiches when I only ordered 2. we were polite and asked if we could just get the right sandwiches which is when she started to argue back. I WAS VERY CLEAR AND POLITE THE WHOLE TIME I made my order. she just didn't care to listen, I've worked in customer service for a long time. if anything get rid of her! sadly I didn't get her name but I'm sure you can figure out who she is!
