What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I have been to Tim Hortons all over Canada(hundreds of times) and never felt an urge to leave a review. We were driving through this Tim Hortons, no one was waiting behind me and I had a few questions about my options as I am gluten free. The lady working there told me she is not allowed to tell me anything about allergies. Okay, fair enough, I ask to see the ingredients list, she hands me the pamphlet that clearly d... Forcing children to take vaccine to visit their camp is the worst kind of coercion. If you don't, you'll get higher marks. Make it easier to order on your over complicated app.
Worst experience at this location specifically! I do not prefer going to this location but unfortunately its on my way home. Tried ordering 5-6 times at this location but i have never received right order. NEVER!! Staff needs more training!
Love the cilantro line chicken bowl. Don't know why the Tim's in devon doesn't offer it.

Everyday I ordered Med Black with 2 honey. And your staff confronted me at the window and told me not to say that again because its so confusing. How the a black coffee with 2 honey is confusing???? Thats the simplest order as far I understand..please remind them of the so called “Common Sense” by the way your staff never get it right probably base on their mood. everyday different taste. Too sweet and there are days too bitter.. also let me add instead of saying I will not serve you because you don’t have masks its more polite if your staff should say would like to have a masks and offer them a masks I heard this older lady saying I will not serve you straightaway.. anyways
