The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! Anna went above and beyond to create the best salad I've ever had without even being asked. I appreciate that this Subway is open 24 hours, making it a convenient option for night owls who dine later than usual.
I ordered some sandwiches and they were subpar. The bread was not fresh and was not even 6 inches long. The soup was extremely thick and hardly resembled a soup. The woman in charge was very rude when I inquired about the soup, making it seem like a hassle for her to assist me. The management needs to address the behavior of its employees. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
My wife and I loved stopping here, last time we noticed that they changed from Coke to Pepsi, dear coke. They also had about ten different breads, so far four. I think the new owners have it now too... and the subs just don't taste like that, seem like a little bland. Can go back to try again and see if someone goes off day or when they go downhill.
The area surrounding Edmonton, particularly Leduc, is thriving with a new shopping center complex on Discovery Way that features several lovely restaurants. As you enter the complex and turn right, you will find a Subway on the corner of the 3rd building with large glass walls. There is ample free parking nearby, making it easily accessible. This Subway is brand new, like many others in the mall, and is bright and inviting with its corner location and glass walls. The staff here has done a commendable job in upholding Subway's standards and quality. They are friendly and eager to help you choose your meal, quickly preparing it for you. The seating is functional and well-suited for families and those with disabilities. This Subway is the perfect spot for a quick and convenient meal while out shopping.
