The boba in my bubble tea was undercooked, and the vermicelli noodles were cut into pieces that were about an inch long, making them resemble rice more than actual noodles. There's definitely a lack of consistency at this place.

Our group of four waited 10 minutes to receive a menu, and after that, it took another 15 minutes for someone to come back to take our food orders — and this wa... read more Our group of four waited 10 minutes to receive a menu, and after that, it took another 15 minutes for someone to come back to take our food orders — and this was without any drinks being offered first. We then waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. When our meals finally began to arrive, they came out one at a time with about a 10-minute gap between the first three, while the fourth meal was completely forgotten. When we brought this to the staff's attention, there was no acknowledgment of the oversight or any attempt to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, we were not offered refills on our drinks, and our empty plates remained on the table until one of us asked for them to be cleared. Despite voicing our concerns politely, we felt ignored by the staff. On a positive note, they did comp the meal that was missed after someone from our group suggested it, but we shouldn't have had to ask for that. I strongly encourage this restaurant to recognize these shortcomings and strive for improvement.

Not the flavor, but they completely fell apart afterthe first bite ... and they're not cheap!
