Had heard about this place from a friend so I drove down from Edmonton to check it out. Got a three piece order of Big Guy 's fried chicken and as I walked back to my car and I thought What if the chicken is really crispy? I should try some now. So I open the box and grabbed a drumstick. First bite in and I knew I was gonna eat the whole box just standing there in the parking lot. So good, couldn 't wait! View all feedback.

Normally I am very happy with big guys chicken, tonight, not so impressed. Food was good, however, my order was wrong, specifically asked for 2 white pcs( I don't like dark meat) not one white pc, they did send over the 2 items that were missed completely after trying to tell me I wasn't charged for them when I definitely was, not happy at all, was really looking forward to chicken after work, instead I had to settle... Leduc Big Guy Chicken- After ordering delivery through Skip the Dishes I kept getting my delivery time moved back. They called and explained the food was ready but the Delivery service had no avaliable drivers. I appreciated the call. By the time I received my order which was ordered at 5:02 p.m it was very shortly before 7:00. Despite Skip the Dishes appallingly poor service my food was warm, fries warm. I imagine the fries had to be replaced due to poor delivery. Despite everything I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and absolutely recommend this chicken. Just don't use delivery, faster cheaper to pu. Love the chicken, not fatty or over done. I can not speak to atmosphere but I was extremely happy they called me personally. Good service, good food!
Coworkers and I decided to order from Big Guy's thru Skip. We were blown away! Nice large pieces of chicken, flavourful, juicy and with a nice crunch. The fries were delicious, gravy was yummy, the mashed potatoes tasted like actual mom made mashed potatoes (not like other places where it tastes like rehydrated starch) and the macaroni salad was perfect creaminess with a hint of tart and sweetness. I normally have to drown most fried chicken with hot sauce, I was through my second piece before I realized I hadn't used any hot sauce that's how delicious the chicken is! Anyone who thinks any other chain is better has not tried Big Guys, once you try it, you won't look at those other chains the same. Thanks for making an amazing dinner Big Guys! We will definitely be back!
I always drove here just to get their crispy yummy delicious fried chicken. At this time we bought 36pcs. 45 minutes drive is worth it friendly staff
Pizza by the slice and DELICIOUS fried chicken! The pizza sauce was awesome, full of flavour and herbs. Crust was good and the perfect amount of chewy, and the toppings were expertly placed (they didn't slide off of the crust with the first bite . Good value, great taste hope to see the friendly staff again soon. (Do watch out for the bar stool...
