What A B doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
The pretzels at this restaurant are average when they are available. Unfortunately, about 40% of the time they are not ready to sell, leading to a long wait of at least 25 minutes. Sometimes, the pretzels are burnt and thin. The quality of the pretzels is inconsistent. View all feedback.
Had their pretzels last week for the first time. These are the best pretzels in and around the edmonton area by a long shot!
Store said they were to open at 11 o’clock. I stood waiting for 10 minutes before staff came to the store after having their breakfast. I had a coupon for a free pretzel which I use every year and they refused to honour it this time. When asked to speak to the manager, I was told they weren’t in the store. Poor customer service.

I wasn't expecting it to be as soft as it was. I think I'm overcooking mine at home cause these were a million times better! Kids loved it too, and are begging for more. Caramel is a bit spicy but that's alright, we still enjoyed it
