Huge covered ou... read more We have visited Bar Garvi many times over the past 20 years plus, always good..Came back after a 3 year gap post covid. Even better than before! Huge covered outside space with large bar, new loos just off terrace with separate m/f, massive coolers, efficient camareros in colour codes logo Ts. Same family/ staff 20 years on. For just €12 euros we had a drink, tapas of lamb chop, good choice of starter and main (sword fish, hake, pork etc) dessert. Amazing value and service with a smile. Good to be back

The menu del dia is only €8- You cant get cheaper than that. Also the bar attached to the restaurant is a real mans bar with lots of live football. A good beer and excellent free tapas

Main meals were good, the menu doesn't say so but everything comes with chips. The chips were good. Huge shish kebab with chicken and peppers, good chicken breast, interesting plate of local meats, hake with garlic I wouldn't recommend, quite a few bones, literally swimming with oil and the garlic was unpeeled. Desserts: rice pudding was not to our taste, the chocolate cake was like a cheesecake but not homemade and fairly tasteless. Atmosphere was lovely and I would come again if I was staying longer but would be skip desserts and go for something fairly simple on the menu.
