After some recommendations by the owner, we ordered some different local dishes (frittino misto, calzoni, crocchette) to share. Everything was good and the price was very cheap.

I ate two for gluttony, by the end of th... read more I can safely say that I ate the best rustic of Salento. Finally a fragrant rustic, béchamellose, cheesy and consistent. I ate two for gluttony, by the end of the first I was already full. Also delicious are the crocchè with the vague taste of mint and the batter still crunchy and not super greasy
