Subway - Lecanto
Subway
Description
A neighborhood sandwich spot praised for warm, personable staff and dependable managers that keep regulars returning, yet marred by inconsistent order accuracy, occasional slow or missing deliveries, and reported hygiene issues. Takeout and delivery are offered and convenient, but some customers find prices high and sandwiches poorly wrapped or overstuffed with unwanted toppings. Good for quick grab-and-go meals when service is attentive; verify current cleanliness and wait times before dining in.

My bill was less than $50. Why in God's green earth would I give a $50 tip? Didn't notice it until I was back home. Called subway first thing in the morning and still yet to hear back from them. I let the back know what happened and said it would disputed on their end. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
WATCH OUT DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING! 5.99 footlong deal is only if you get nothing on it. Very tiny print at bottom of sign says without add ons. Who knew lettuce is an add on. They don't tell you til you find the 9.49 charge. The food was good and the staff was nice, but I despise being tricked. If sign is that unclear, the staff should make it clear when you order. Price per person: $10–20
Poorly managed, didn’t know how to make a basic sandwich, asked for teriyaki chicken they heated up the chicken with no sauce, just plain chicken chunks, and I explained to her it’s supposed to tossed in it and heated up or cooked together atleast. Not the first time, we picked up an order and it was just cold plain meat and cheese, so nasty threw away an entire footlong. Very disappointing lobby and lack to fix or learn the correct procedures, I used to work at subway and never experienced such lack of common sense. How do you mess up a freaking sandwich
I visited this place this morning right when they opened at 8:30 am, hoping to grab a quick breakfast. To my disappointment, nothing was ready at all. I wanted to order a foot-long tuna sandwich, but they told me the bread wasn’t ready yet and asked me to come back in an hour. This is unacceptable for a place that advertises being open at 8:30 am. If you can’t have your basic ingredients ready by opening time, what’s the point? Very frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered 3 subs online. Paid extra for extra turkey and didn't receive. Paid extra for 50% more chicken, didn't receive. But they did put tomatoes all over the sub that wasn't ordered in the first place. I couldn't eat my sub because of all the tomatoes and juice. All subs was wrapped poorly and condiments all over the wrappers. If you are going to how children, then manage the children. Subway is getting really expensive compared to the better Publix sub, at least try to compete with quality service and if nothing else then at least follow direction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
