I usually spend 10-20 a day at Caseys not including gas. I drive from Emporia to Melvern everyday for work and although I can stop at the several Caseys in Emporia I tend to stop here because the staff are friendly. Not today. I went to get pizza afterfueling and went to grab the pizza and the thing kept turning so I moved it a little back and was about to grab my pizza whenthe blonde kitchen manager barked at me really loud that I cannot touch that I HAVE to close it. I just set my stuff down andtold her I will not be coming back, which I will not. I will stop in Emporia from now on and getting my fleet card changed over.

I just stopped in at this location for the first time. Virginia and Kayla were at the front counter. They were very bubbly and upbeat and seemed like very happy people. I was pleased with my experience at this location.

We have trucks visiting Casey's daily, spending thousands of dollars, but today I experienced the worst service from the store manager and assistant. The manager was upset with me because the assistant started the pump, and her rude attitude frustrated me. If I didn’t need fuel, I would have left without spending a penny. I had planned to buy food and drinks but changed my mind. I don’t like spending money where I don’t feel valued. The manager was very rude today, and if I’m treated like this again, I won’t stop here anymore. As I walked away, the manager even complained about me to other customers. The management definitely needs to improve their customer service skills.

I’m incredibly grateful that even though Casey’s was closed, they had a free, working air pump available. I got a flat tire and had to put on my spare, which was low on air—because who really checks those? I was able to inflate it and check the other tires on my car in a clean, well-lit area. I was so relieved to find this place around midnight, and I’m sure anyone else in a similar situation would feel the same. Big thanks to everyone who takes care of the store and property!

As a truck driver, the fuel pump kept malfunctioning. The cashier treated me as if I didn’t know how to operate the pump and accused me of having an attitude when I told her this was the worst fueling experience I’ve had. They also don’t offer any windshield cleaning supplies. If you’re on the road, I recommend avoiding this stop.
