We had previously visited this location a few days ago and I got m... read more I went down to this location in lebec, ca because my son picked this for his birthday dinner. We had previously visited this location a few days ago and I got my daughter a small (kids size) meatball sandwich. She is only 3 years old and tiny so shedoes not eat that much and a 6 inch would be too big. When I went there today and tried to order the EXACT same thing the kidwho is wearing a tore up t-shirt on his head tells me they do not do that! I told him I just got it a couple days ago they justput two meatballs in a tiny sandwich but nope he was too lazy to do that! So I just ordered a bigger meatball so my kids couldshare. When I then had to try and get his attention again because I wanted another sandwich I ordered the Italian BMT , he thentells me he can?t make that sandwich either. I said then what can you do?????!!!!!! Then this attitude older lady comes overand starts pointing to this paper sign which says they are out of turkey, ham, and roast beef which I don?t understand what anyof that has to do with the sandwich I ordered because none of those meats are on it!! My son who is only 7 said let?s just gosomewhere else! My god even a 7 yr old could see how ridiculous this was and they completely ruined his birthday dinner! I willpost on every social media site I can to make this location lose money because I wouldn?t want anyone to have the experience Idid. Absolutely ridiculous and completely uncalled for, even with gas prices being high I would travel to another subway beforeI ever visit this beat up location again. Besides the extra rude and lazy employees what company lets someone wear a cut upt-shirt over there head like a idiot? This location should just be closed down!

When they don?t wear a mask, literally when asking you what ingredients you want in your sandwich, they expelling microscopical drops of saliva into your sandwich. Nasty and very veryunsafe during a pandemic. Wherever I go trying to buy at Subway they are careless and rude. This place is not the exception.

I was in line and overheard a Lady say the name Stella I lightly said the name reffering to aMovie that was dinner time ago a Academy Award winning movie. The Lady and I began to talk about the movie and I decided to havethe person making her delight in fact duplicate it for me. I had in 5 minutes a most wonderful chat with the Lady and we shouldhands as I Love everybody I've met traveling that knew things that brought Joy n2 a Long Trip home. Subway is not only thebest, you never know who you'll meet there and to shake a Hand and make a friend... #teamSubwayMe#???????????????
