OP 1906 - Leawood
OP 1906
Description
The restaurant in question seems to have had mixed reviews from customers who dined during restaurant week, with some disappointed with the quality of the food not meeting expectations set by previous visits, while others were impressed with the selection and speed of the buffet options. The service received at the restaurant was a common praise among reviewers, with some mentioning the challenge of getting the attention of servers due to busyness. Additionally, valet parking seemed to be a common issue for patrons. Overall, while there were some aspects that could be improved upon, such as the inconsistency in food quality and service, the restaurant still garnered positive feedback for its ambiance and overall experience.

Feedback
The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the dishes were delicious. Our group of six all left satisfied and content.
The waiter we had at the restaurant was more focused on a large group of 20 people behind us, leading to him forgetting our Caesar salads. After we used our gift certificate, the waiter chased us down in search of a tip. I had to explain to him that the $14 he overcharged us for the salads was already more than enough considering the poor service he provided to our table.
We decided to try the restaurant during restaurant week. Unfortunately, both my salad and main course were not as described on the menu. The servers were extremely busy and never had the chance to address our concerns about the food.
The waiters were very friendly and the food was very good. We were a party of six and all were happy.
The waiter we had was too worried about a large group of 20 behind us. Forget about our Caesar salad. The waiter chased us when we looked for our gift certificate in search of a tip, I tell him that the $14 he overloaded us for the salads was more than sufficient for the bad service he gave us our table.
