We waited in line for a while at the subway .... one of the girls just filled up one of the meat buckets that was already almost filled. The line was getting longer and she wouldn't look at anyone. Then she started sweeping. one of the other young ladies finally asked what Bread we wanted and I just told her no thank you. It was very busy in there. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered takeout for lunch and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic, I would give it a 5 out of 5 as well.

We were charged for two 6-inch sandwiches because we requested different ingredients on each side of a foot-long sandwich. This is something we have never exper... read more We were charged for two 6-inch sandwiches because we requested different ingredients on each side of a foot-long sandwich. This is something we have never experienced at any other Subway restaurant before. The employee mentioned that their manager requires this and that they are not independently operated but rather run by Loves, which is why they do things differently. This seemed ridiculous to us, especially since it actually cost them less to make the sandwich with one side plain. It would have been helpful if the employee had informed us of this policy when we asked for the sandwiches to be different, so we could have made a different choice. The customer service could definitely be improved. Overall, the service was lacking, but the food was rated a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere also received a low rating. Our meal was takeout and cost between $10-20 per person.
