There's only ever one employee working, and every time I come here, there are at least 15 people waiting in line. I tried ordering online in hopes of a quicker experience, but my sandwich was still not ready a full 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. I really hope this company makes significant improvements or considers closing down.
