Went to a Subway after 2 months and Joshua made the perfect sandwich for my family. He was very patient as each one of us wanted different options of the veggies, meat, condiments and confirmed every detail when not sure. Great work handling a lot of customers near closing time. View all feedback.
What Ida Tortolero doesn't like about Subway:
My experience in that store was one of terror. I took coupons to eat because of the offer of said coupons. The girl did everything possible to not let me pay with the offer of said coupons. She told me that those coupons had been used by another person and I felt humiliated. because I had received coupons from several restaurants and in all the ones I have been to they give me a discount for the coupons, precisely th... The sign states that they close at 9pm. I went in BEFORE 9pm. The staff member completely ignored me and when I asked if I could order he still didn't answer. So I asked can I order a sandwich, he said no. I advised that the door says you're open until 9. Again was completely ignored.
Love their sandwiches. My favorite is meatball sandwich.
Your food will be cold before they are done making it
I ordered pickup by mistake rather than curbside. When I arrived I called into the shop I asked if they could bring it out. The young man that answered the phone cheerfully agreed to bring out the order and brought it right out. I consider that to be great service and it was appreciated. Several months later I am forced to drastically reduce my rating. We ordered two sandwiches for dinner and for the first time ever at any Subway I felt that I was shorted on the ingredients. I had a tuna and I practically needed a magnifier to find it in the topping. My wife had an Italian BMT and normally the toppings, as she likes it all, would be falling out but not this time. It will we be a while before I consider this location again.
Don't bother with mobile ordering if you want your sandwich toasted, they never do it. I don't if it's because they don't read the note on it or if its an order system issue but they really need to figure it out. It's been like that for years. Who eats flatbreads untoasted anyways? Another reoccurring issue not exclusive to mobile- they are always missing something. They forget cheese, a veggie, whatever. I don't think I've ever had an order right here. I only get subway maybe once every other month, so I'm always hopeful something will change and they will get it together, but in the past 2.5 years, it never has.
