Côté cuisine, j'ai pris le menu proposé avec la soirée étape : parfait, de la cuisine classique élaborée à partir de produits frais, avec la volonté de satisfaire le client et ça ce sent. Je reviendrai en Week end explorer leur carte. Un détail qui a son importance, le service est sans ostentation mais très professionnel, là aussi on sent l'amour du travail bien fait.
