in accordance with previous observations. The boss gives customers courses, unpleasant and arrogant at best. the town hall of the puy would be nice to go for a tour View all feedback.
Venue pour les illuminations...ce restaurant était déjà injoignable par téléphone pour réserver..mais les table n’étais pas réserver et des personnes on du attendre....puis très mauvais accueille ensuite erreurs de plat et on avais pas fini que l on nous demandais déjà nos dessert donc nous n'en avons pas pris et à l addition comme la note n'étais pas chère on nous a demander si on avais pris des dessert....repas rien d exceptionnel (petite quantité)
This restaurant has a lovely location, just down from the Cathedral and with a terrace that's perfect for a sunny day. However the service was just appalling. We had to wait over an hour for our meal to arrive. People around us got served starter, main course and dessert and left before our starters had even arrived. We realised this was a mistake so flagged over the waitress numerous times, but she obviously didn't bother to follow up whether the order had gone to the kitchen because if she had the mistake would have been rectified the first time we asked. It turned out that this was exactly what had happened - the order hadn't gone through. Nobody aplogised or even looked mildly concerned, although fellow diners could see that we hadn't had our meal and even indicated our table themselves to the waiting staff. The three children in our group were hungry and totally fed up by the time the meal arrived at 1 pm when we had sat down at 12. And when it did arrive, the accompaniment to my dish was the wrong one and had to be sent back. After the wait, it was rather disappointing that the food was mediocre but by that time we were so hungry we were ready to eat anything. I can't help but think that they didn't bother to follow up on our order because we were foreigners but they couldn't have judged it more wrong. I have a holiday house nearby and bring visitors to Le Puy every Saturday throughout the summer so could have been a valuable customer and worth treating properly. When it was time to pay (queuing up at the till inside, how odd) they did take off the cost of one of the children's ice creams, but a proper spoken apology would have been more effective. Never again. I even saw one of the waiters rolling his eyes as a couple tried to get their (well behaved) toddler into a high chair. How incredibly rude to roll your eyes at a client!
Très mauvais accueil ensuite le repas très limite, carafe de vin rouge inbuvable et pour terminer au moment de régler l addition on a eu a faire à la PATRONNE qui n'est pas du tout sympathique et qui n'a rien à faire dans ce type de commerce
Que des boissons fraiches pas de boissons chaude c inadmissible de ne pas pouvoir obtenir un cafe ! Serveuse désagréable / rogue et prix élevé !
Rien d'exceptionnel au sujet de la nourriture. A mon avis, ce n'est pas fait maison... et du coup le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rdv. L'avantage de ce restaurant est sa terrasse très agréable. La serveuse était sympathique et efficace.
