Very well received by the staff at Akwabô! Family-friendly and warm. But that's not all. Very beautiful setting as well, neat decoration, nice little private beach. The big plus: the kitchen. Standing ovation to the chef (whom we congratulated) because our dishes were excellent!! Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
We came with our two doggies, very pleasant welcome on the terrace facing the sea, small bowl of fresh water for the doggies, access via the beach, very pleasant, a small downside for the rice and super good for the rest I recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately! A beautiful place for a restaurant. The access situation from the parking lot is absolutely impossible. You have to squeeze through a break in the wall between two fences and then walk about 20 meters to the beach on a 50cm wide trail between the fences of two properties. From there you can get to the restaurant. We arrived with two people and had our dog with us. We sit at a free table right in front of the beach. We are greeted warmly and our drink order is taken immediately. Water is even provided for the dog. The drinks arrive quickly and the food order is also taken quickly. We then sit for 20 minutes in anticipation of a nice dinner. Someone from the service comes and says we have to sit somewhere else because we haven't made a reservation! We ask where and, surprised, sit down at the table indicated. Food was ordered, we thought, okay, that's just the way it is. Less than 5 minutes later we were asked to change tables again. That's also flippant: we should have asked if these tables were free! Please?? We were instructed to do that!!! Seriously, there is no sign on a free table, nor is it otherwise clearly reserved, you are served and given no indication that the table was reserved, then after 20 minutes we are seated at another table and then you are too realized that this was wrong again despite instructions from the other waitress. And my point is that the reserved signs on the counter would in no way lead anyone to think that any tables away from the counter were reserved. I pay for the wine, we didn't want to drink it anymore. We can't say what the food would have been like, we lost our appetite and left the restaurant along the bumpy path we came from. If they had apologized appropriately for the two mistakes and maybe even had the first drink on the house, it might have been a nice dinner. Dealing with such a problem has not been learned here. No thanks, that's not hospitable.

Nice discovery, at the edge of the beach. Great service with a smile. Children and parents loved the dishes tasted until the last crumb. The homemade desserts are also excellent. We'll be back this week! Thank you for your welcome. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
