What Ashley Green doesn't like about Mrs. Fields:
Went in to order a birthday cookie cake, was told they are only taking Valentine?s Day orders they have no signs posted anywhere saying they aren?t taking orders other then valentines. And to top it off they aren?t opening until 11:30 and their hours say 11 am. I?ll never do business with them after I waited for 30 minutes to be told that. View all feedback.
I love those cookies, my daughter loves them and my son Roy, absolutely loves the big peanut butter cookies.

We always get cookie cakes from here for our family birthdays. The past two cakes I've gotten, one in July for my daughter and one this past weekend for my son, were decorated so so cute. They really did a great job. They are always ready for pickup when I ask, and our family loves them. The employees are helpful. I'd recommend the cookie cakes!
I've never received worse customer service anywhere else in my life
