Order taker said they was closed for another hr then they started letting other people order. Ridiculous
I tried getting food just a little after 130am on Thursday and they had technical difficulties resulting in the app charging my card twice while not generating the order. The cashier said they couldn 't do anything about it because their system wasn 't showing my order so not only was I charged twice but they wouldn 't give me the food.I had to contact customer support and they said the charges would drop off after the pending status but they didn 't so I had to contact them again for them to tell me I had to provide bank statements, date and time of order, and location number.4 days and 15 emails later now and I 've still not gotten my money back.I suggest not going to this location in later hours. Just a few days before, I went in and they said they 're only accepting door dash orders and they 're sorry for the inconvenience... Why are they prioritizing door dash when a living, breathing customer was there, in person. Wanting to order.I would give negative stars if I could but it 's not an option.
What I expected from a McDonald's but longer wait for food and seemed short staffed at the time.
Out of the past 8 times that I’ve ordered from this location, they have messed up my order 6 times. I have even told them I’m allergic and they have still messed up my order. If you make any modifications to an item, don’t expect it to be correct at this location. They have an issue with making special items when they are modified from the menu: if you ask for no cheese, expect cheese on your burger. If you ask for extra cheese, don’t expect the extra to be there.On an unrelated note, one of their regular order takers is extremely rude if you take any extra time to decide at the speaker:Employee: “and what to drink?”Me: *takes a couple seconds to decide*Employee: “AND WHAT TO DRINK?!”This McDonald’s location severely needs to improve their order accuracy and customer service attitudes.Dietary restrictions: You cannot trust this McDonald’s to produce accurate orders, even when allergies are made clear to the staff.
