I recently had a negative experience at a restaurant where the general manager, Mike Hartwick, accused me of lying. Despite being a regular customer and always paying the child's price due to my small meal restrictions after stomach surgery, the manager claimed this was not their policy. The cooking surface is quickly cleaned to accommodate vegetarians and vegans, but I am not confident that it is not transferring a lot of unwanted residue.
