What Bettie Roberts likes about Doug & Emmy's Family Restaurant and Cafe.:
Cutest little place!!! Hidden little gem near the front runner station. Waitress was so nice helpful with recommendations. Mild salsa was so yummy!!! Chips salsa was really good. Food came out pretty quickly! Rice was really good. I had a tostada it was really good. My only complaint would be it Would have been nice to have more than one slice of tomato to cut up. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back!! View all feedback. What Keely Jakubowski doesn't like about Doug & Emmy's Family Restaurant and Cafe.:
The St. George location is infinitely better, but the food is still good. I'm not wild about the environment at this one. It's just an awkward building to be in and it feels so cramped. Service is always sub-par. I've never left mad OR impressed; not at this location anyways. Food came out fast but the pork in the burrito I had was so dry. read moreCafe Sabor is a hidden gem offering a mix of delicious food and good atmosphere. While some reviewers had mixed experiences with certain dishes and service, the overall consensus is that the food is flavorful and the staff is friendly. With some standout items like the combo burrito and guacamole, and the bonus of free fried ice cream with the purchase of two entrees, it's definitely worth a visit. Customers appreciate the rustic look of the building and the reasonable prices. The St. George location seems to be especially popular, while other locations may have some room for improvement in terms of ambiance and service. Overall, Cafe Sabor seems to be a solid choice for Mexican cuisine, especially if you're lucky enough to have James as your server.
