A different flair of sauce flavor for a good change, more of a chili emphasis, which was unexpected. Unfortunately the ribs and pulled pork were pretty dry, which had me using more sauce that covered most of the flavor. I would love to catch the meat straight out of resting from the smoker for more true taste. The cafe style dining area was quaint and a nice home town feel. The staff was nice and the food was decent. Lacked the smoke flavor I am accustomed too. Also, a little pricey for the amount of food. Overall, not bad.
What can I saw but this piece of America is missing in the big city! Being a native Texan I might lose my citizenship but it is well worth it.
