Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I stopped by the drive-thru for a quick snack and ordered a large ice water and a nibbler. The cashier told me I would be charged the price of a large soda for the water. While I don't mind paying for the cup, that's just excessive. I politely declined and went on my way. It’s quite unreasonable.

Big Zax Snak Meal was good. For free too and even got a vanilla Diet Coke. Decent experience

Food was alright, but not what I ordered. I ordered 10 traditional bone in wings and got 10 chicken fingers instead.

After ordering, we waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes, and just when we thought our food might be ready, we saw it sitting in the warming area behind the cashier. She was busy taking another order, and no one seemed willing to assist her. She was incredibly slow and spoke so softly that it was hard to hear her. Finally, another employee came up, and we asked about our order. It turned out it had been ready for over 10 minutes. To top it off, he forgot to give us utensils in our to-go order, and when I requested some, he didn’t acknowledge me right away. Eventually, he handed us two forks; a knife would have been helpful. It felt like everyone was in a daze. We ended up spending 40 minutes there when it should have taken no more than 10.

The restaurant is quite unclean; the tables and floors are sticky, and the ladies' bathroom isn't maintained. It seems there is a lack of management attention!
