It is good brisket but when it is cut wrong which is about 40% of the time maybe more from my experience it is almost inedible. If it wasn?t for the brisket cutting issues I would give it a 5. I have been going here for about 3 years now. It is a coin toss as to whether it?s cut right or not.

I ordered the four-wing chicken combo, but the wings had a strange flavor—almost like they were spoiled—so I stopped eating after just three bites. My husband thought the unusual taste might have come from the type of wood used to smoke the chicken. He ordered the brisket combo plate, and while the meat was flavorful, there was so much fat that he could only eat about 70% of it. The sides, however, were tasty. We tried the potato salad, which was excellent, BBQ beans that tasted like regular baked beans with added BBQ sauce but still good, plus the coleslaw and fries, both of which were great. We plan to return to Legends Express and give their menu another try.
