Kfc - Lawrenceburg

I was quite disappointed during my visit, as the employee preparing our order was not wearing gloves while handling our food. Additionally, the older woman at the drive-thru was quite rude. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

It’s best to move on from Reba. It just doesn’t sit well with me… I’d prefer to return to the other places I've visited.

The cashier was quite unpleasant, and according to this app, the 8-piece meal of drumsticks and thighs should be $21.99, but she insisted that it was only for the chicken. We ended up paying around $28 for the meal. We requested the original recipe, but they included some crispy pieces as well. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience.

We ordered a 16-piece family meal, but it came without the side of mac and cheese. After we got home, I called the restaurant and spent 20 minutes trying to get through to someone. Finally, a manager informed me that the only way they could remedy the situation was if I drove 20 minutes back to town to pick up the missing mac and cheese.

I stopped by for lunch today and had a great experience. The young lady at the window was very friendly, and she took our order clearly and accurately. Our food was prepared quickly and was very fresh. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dining room isn’t open yet; they’re only serving through the window at the moment. I would visit more often if the dining area were available.
