El Azteca Mexican Grill - Feedback

What Kristen Smith doesn't like about El Azteca Mexican Grill:
They have forgotten my food for the second time on my door dash order. They said they had a note stating that they forgot to put part of my order in the bag but still told me they didn’t know what they could do for me. They basically offered to re make it and have me go up there to get it… so I paid a delivery fee plus gas and time to go get what I should have had in the first place. Extremely upset. The food is very tasty, fresh and well made. BUT the last 3 times we went THE FOOD WAS COLD. I think they may need to turn their warming table on. We're hopeful and going to try it again tonight after staying away for a month. Fingers crossed. We would eat there A LOT if the food wasn't cold. Very sad. View all feedback.
