Waited 10+ minutes for food while I watched them make and bag our food and we still sit there even longer. Workers were super slow and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. View all feedback.

My fried chicken sandwich had soggy breading like it sat in a hot box and sweated. The flavor was good, though.My husband 's roast beef sandwiches were NOT GOOD! They were cold and we drove through at 12:30, so they should have had ALL fresh food!Fries were cold and not good.
I went to Arby's on 10923 to get to of their New Philly steak sandwiches and I got there in the one waiting on me said we do not have the peppers or the bread for it that sounds like poor management !!
