If someone is craving both Asian cuisines, but from different regions, what should they do? They should seek out a reputable fusion restaurant that can hopefully excel in multiple types of cuisine.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially the shrimp udon entrée. It had six fresh and juicy shrimp, tasty udon noodles, and a delicious sauce. It wasn't too salty, which is a major plus for me.
We visited this restaurant on Christmas evening for dinner with our family. Our waiter was very friendly, despite being busy serving 8 tables! Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
