Heavenly Donuts - Lawrence

I am giving this restaurant a low rating because they use styrofoam. I tried their cranberry cake, which tasted like very sweet and weird jam. The oven wasn't even warmed up. The coffee was okay, and the barista was friendly. Overall, it wasn't worth the price.

I had a lovely breakfast at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and had beautiful smiles. Thank you for the warm hospitality. God bless you all. This Texas driver gives it a thumbs up.

I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash. I requested a cheese melt, which was supposed to come with cheese, mayo, onion, and tomato. However, I received two thick slices of toast with only two thin slices of cheese and nothing else. As a result, the sandwich was bland and I ended up throwing it away. Additionally, I ordered the Gooey Caramel signature drink as a hot beverage but received an iced version instead, which was not ideal in the winter. I also ordered an untoasted, unsliced jalapeno cheddar bagel, but it arrived toasted and sliced. Overall, the customer service was very lazy. This was the first time I had experienced so many mistakes in my order. It seems like the employees need to improve their attention to detail. I will not be ordering from this location again.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful and the donuts were even worse than those at Duncan Donuts. As we were ordering, the lady actually interrupted us to take someone else's order behind us, completely ignoring us. This has never happened to us before. To make matters worse, when they handed us our food, there was no thank you or any kind of politeness - it felt like a cold business transaction where they only cared about getting our money. The coffee was also very average and we do not plan on returning. Additionally, the donuts were cold and stale, which was surprising since we visited at 8am. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Perhaps it's just a matter of location. The donuts were decent, nothing extraordinary. I liked that the breakfast sandwiches were made fresh to order, they felt more homemade rather than mass-produced like most fast food places.
