I never come to this location. My family and I were on our way to the beach and left my local DD unfortunately missing my daughters donut, the cream cheese on my bagel, and condiments the other kid asked for. We totally get it. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered a big black hot kakaokaffee on the drive-up window today. When it was handed over to me, I asked if it was hot because the cup didn't feel hot. She said it was hot, but when I came home. live a few minutes away. near boston market. I thought it was just barely warm. I ordered a large black hot decaf coffee at the drive up window today. When it was handed to me I asked if it was hot because the cup didn't feel hot. She said that it was hot but when I got home...a live a few minutes away.. near Boston Market.... Ifound that it was just barely luke warm. I called the store and got a recording saying to call back later because they were busywith other customers. I called back later.. same message. Thanks for nothing!
There's such a lack of organization. If I owned this franchise I would hire new people. On two separate occasions over 15 mins was waisted waiting for an order that had been given to someone else incorrectly. Terrible service. In particular the personmaking food. I visited this morning to grab a coffee and was disappointed by the rude and seemingly untrained manager. Despite being the only customer, it took her 10 minutes to serve me a single cup of coffee. After she processed my payment, she opted to prepare a few sandwiches without wearing gloves—definitely a reason to avoid ordering any sandwiches here. To make matters worse, she spent time on her phone instead of assisting customers. Her attitude was quite off-putting. As a loyal Dunkin' customer for 30 years, I am disheartened by this experience. Luckily, there are plenty of other Dunkin' locations to choose from. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but a negative attitude is a choice.
Would give them 0 stars if possible. AWFUL SERVICE. 3 boys working, goofing off and telling people it is cash only . Ordered food (plain bagel as is and hash browns) in the drive through and after waiting 5 minutes, they had me pull around to the front to wait. After an additional 5 minutes no one came out with the food so I went outside and the 3 biys were goofing off and fucking around with no food being made. Completely forgot about my order and failed to provide quality service. There was no adult in sight.
