She bluntly told me she would refund my $20 and that I should n... read more Unfortunately, that conversation was just as disappointing. Amanda, the manager, was quite rude. She bluntly told me she would refund my $20 and that I should never return. I wasn't looking for a refund and certainly wasn’t trying to scam anyone; I was simply inquiring about the 20% charge that was added without my consent. The excessive defensiveness and rudeness I encountered are the main reasons I will not be returning to this restaurant. I wish them the best, but I hope they can improve their customer service and management.
