Jamba - Lawndale

My husband is a huge fan of the protein shakes; we enjoy them often. This time, I decided to try a breakfast option—the acai bowl. It was quite tasty and prepared fresh when I ordered it. The staff is cheerful and friendly, and the place was really clean.

As soon as I tasted the smoothie, it was terrible—I was shocked at how bad it was. I suspect they used under ripe bananas and possibly blended it for too long, as it was super bubbly. I tried another one to compare, and it tasted completely different, just like pure peanut butter with no hint of banana. It was really strange. I asked my daughter how hers was, and she said she wanted to throw it away; she couldn’t stand it. She felt like the chunks of banana would make her sick. I felt awful since she was the one who really wanted Jamba Juice. I didn’t even have time to call and complain. I will never waste my money there again. This isn’t the first or second time I’ve had a terrible experience with their drinks.

This Jamba Juice location is one of my favorites, mainly because of the fantastic staff. The place is always clean, and Edgar is consistently prompt and ready to take orders. In fact, he often remembers my order nearly every time I visit, which is impressive! I appreciate the wonderful experience. I go to Jamba Juice every day, and you all make it so convenient! John and Pelekai the manager give me a great service friendly and told me to use the app that I didn't know to get points location is clean. Pelekai said come and visit and listen I came from another store at the Village we're I didn't had a good experience bad service from the manage. Thank you guys for the great work keep going.

Guy w the backwards trucker hat needs to be trained on acknowledgment. Comes out from the back, sees me standing there, completely ignores me but does a big loud hello when the next customer walked in. Another kid w glasses needs to be trained on customer service: he also comes from the back, sees me, says hello, but doesn't ask if I need help til a minute later. Shout out to the cashier girl who acknowledged and gave me a welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Thank you!
