I work nearby and I enjoy using the app to order from this restaurant so I can avoid waiting in line. However, the last two times I ordered through the app, they forgot to include a main ingredient in my sandwich. The first time, they forgot to include the bacon in my chicken sandwich. This time, they forgot to include the mozzarella in my mozzarella meat dish. I paid $10 for just the sandwich. View all feedback.

I just opened my sandwich and this slop is what I get. Disgusting. I ordered extra avocado, and didn't even get that. My husband is now afraid to eat his meatball sub. The sandwiches are so sloppy and wet. I wish I could give ZERO stars. You guys need to have your franchise taken from you! Just EW! I DEMAND A REFUND! ORDER#: AF87276C-65.

Subway is always good the best sandwiches I like the roast beef with mozzarella cheese spinach black olives add a little extra meat to it two people can split a 12 in have a great meal for less than 15 bucks can't be beat
