Update. The store offered a full credit for my next pizza order.Ordered two large pepperoni pizzas for carryout and when I opened them up they were not cooking fully. Definitely would not recommend this location. Never had a problem with the hartwell location. View all feedback.
I ordered a pizza that was estimated to arrive in 28-38 minutes, but it took nearly two hours. When I inquired about my order, I was repeatedly told it was on its way, even though I live just a mile away. It was more than 20 minutes past the time they said it was en route. Additionally, the staff were very rude on the phone. By the time it arrived, the pizza was cold and undercooked.
Service is always fast and friendly and I love the food.

The Papa John's in Lavonia is an excellent spot! The management is impressive, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend it!
