After waiting, I decided to call the store, noticing a woman sitting behind... read more I arrived at the drive-thru an hour before closing time but was completely ignored. After waiting, I decided to call the store, noticing a woman sitting behind the counter. I asked her what time they closed, and instead of answering my question, she said, "Unless you’re Grubhub, I’m not taking any orders," and then hung up on me. It was really disappointing, especially since we are regular customers. Her rudeness only made the situation worse.
