When something happened the manager made it a teaching moment and was patient enough to answer questions about products, procedures and processes. The place was impeccably clean andsuper organized. I've never been to a better Dunkin location and this one was WAY understaffed. I'm amazed. This should be thestandard. It was beautiful to be a part of.

It 's nearly impossible to get in and out of this location. The drive thru line is always backed up out into the road. There is no true mobile order pick up lan... read more It 's nearly impossible to get in and out of this location. The drive thru line is always backed up out into the road. There is no true mobile order pick up lane since you 're basically trying to merge into the regular line. If you park and walk in, drivethru traffic will block you. There 's really no good way to pick up food here.

First, I just want to say I don 't like leaving bad reviews, but I 'm still just sick over our experience there today. We went in and there were only 3 girls working, not too busywhen we went in, but the kitchen was closed so no hot sandwiches. I get it, I work in a kitchen and we are alsounderstaffed. So instead of the breakfast sandwiches my parents, myself and daughter wanted we ordered donuts from a girl withbeautiful black and gold hair extensions that even loosely knotted went half way down her back. We went to sit down and eat, myfather and I facing the bathroom. The girl who served us then went to the bathroom, my daughter had to go but I told hersomeone was in there (typical teen had to see for herself) the girl working at Dunkin came out over 5 minutes later, I told mydaughter she could go but she didn 't need to anymore, so I said well I 'm going before we hit the road again! I went in thebathroom and there were long black pieces of hair extensions on the toilet seat and floor. I removed them (a bit annoyed) witha piece of toilet paper than squatted too pee and not touch the seat, made sure I didn 't leave a mess than flushed. So, again,hate putting this out there, but the girl pooped, we all do, but when I went to wash my hands the sink was BONE DRY and next toit a piece of paper towel crumpled still hanging from a new piece of paper towel. I can not tell you the disgust I felt afterknowing this young lady had just served me the donut I just ate. I 'm sorry, but that 's disgusting. We are pretty much doneever going to Dunkin again. I feel so dirty and gross. Next time we 'll hit the DQ drive thru next door. I 'm stillflabbergasted.

And around 6 cars that was behind us also left. Don't understand why they didn't have the car that was waiting on their orderpull to the next window..

I don 't like choosing doughnuts... read more This is the 3rd time I 've tried to go into the establishment DURING BUSINESS HOURS and was motioned off to the drive through. I don 't like choosing doughnuts from the drive through so I left. Again. There aren 't any hours posted on the door about drivethrough only after?? . They are open until 9. We attempted to go in for dessert a little after 7. I was so excited when wefirst got a Dunkin in Lavonia. What a joke. Now I may as well forget they exist. Thanks for the no service.
