Jan's Cafe - Lavington

This place is awesome! Only a stones throw away from our place which was the main reason we originally tried this place but it was an awesome find!!! We love this place! Great food, great prices and happy staff! Love it!

I went here a few months ago, as I knew the original owner back in the early 1980's, good and food and prices, this was originally a truck stop back in the early days, even though it was a not a garage, there was down the road, which did not do very good food, hence old jan became a very wealthy man when he retired.

These guys do an outstanding job. Over the years we have tried everything on the menu and never been disappointed. The chips are always perfect and portions very generous - great value for money. On top of that the service is consistently better than many full service restaurants I have visited. Anita and her beautiful, very hard working family go absolutely above and beyond every time- love your work guys!

I have been coming here since i was a child, and it has always had a really good reputation with locals. It is always really busy in here, and their prices are very cheap compared to some other takeaway shops. The food is still great quality though, and it is our fav takeaway shop

The best fish and chip shop I have tried in Albury. I love their Whiting ,Flounder and normal fish and chips. Plus they make very good hamburgers and have lots of extras.
