located at the centropolis west of Highway 15 and at the height of St-Martin Boulevard at the laval, this restaurant is very well located. at peak hours parking nearby can be difficult. two sections: bar and dining room. a little loud when the place is crowded. the map is for all tastes with several fish and crustaceans. What User doesn't like about Sterlings Steakhouse:
I'm a big steakhouse fan, but the sterling isn't up to a steakhouse! My tuna pier was good, no more. My streak. but the biggest disappointment is my spouse's cute net, completely burned on one side, and there was no juice inside. It's really a shame, but I don't think there'll be another time. I'm going to point out that our server was very kind. View all feedback.

My rating is based on the value-for-price ratio, because it is disappointing to pay the price of a restaurant in this category without having what we would expect in return. I can explain. We have been in the sterling with gatineau and we loved - high-class restaurant with high-quality food and wines sought (they have a huge cellar). We then decided to celebrate the new year 2015 in the Sterling Centropolis with friends, but the experience did not meet our expectations. Considering that this is due to timing, the restaurant being overwhelmed, we decided to come back. In May 2017, we came back (at the centropolis) for a friend's birthday (which was also to that of the front door) and the experience was not better. In fact, food is good, but comparable to for example red stick while being far from that of the sterling gatineau. At this visit, we noted the water that tastes chlorine and beer in barrel that tasted little beer. I'm not going to say that she's diluted to water, it would certainly go too far in my criticism, but the fact is that we asked to change her, what the waitress accepted without problems. Finally, meat cooking was not good, which surprised us that it should be a high-end restaurant. Once again, the waitress kindly agreed to replace us. For the rest, it's like going to the red stick and understand me well, we like a good red stick, but we expected a little more sterling. Probably that everyone will have their personal note to give, each culinary experience being subjective to each taste. This is ours.
Nice place in laval, the meat main dishs are good and plentiful. For the pasta I appreciate the work and the intention but sotisfy italian guys whit pasta's quality is not so simple.
I had the grilled octopus as an appetizer and it was very tough. My roast beef was medium to well done. I had asked for rare. I had to argue with the waiter who thought I should have ordered the smaller portion. The waiter made a mistake while preparing the bill. I would not go back there.
