The service was great. Very friendly and polite. Sandwich and salad were also great.

Nice place, good coffee and lots of choices for desserts. Always clean when I go.

Below average quality coffee, plus over 1 (are they serious? for a splash of milk. There are some great coffee places in Laval and Mtl, who roast quality beans, and keep their coffee fresh and prices fair. This place is a joke, but great if you want room temperature, Tim Horton-quality drip coffee, for over 4

Unfortunately, we did not catch the name of the tall gentleman who was supposed to serve my husband and me. However, he ignored us and instead went to serve another couple who arrived after us. Despite mentioning that we were there before the other couple, he was quite rude to me. I was tempted to ask if he was the owner of the restaurant. This was the worst service experience ever, with no respect shown towards women. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the establishment.

The owner of this restaurant is extremely disrespectful towards customers. They lack basic customer service skills and do not allow patrons to study at this establishment. It is strongly advised to avoid this place if you plan on studying. The owner seems to have a disdain for students and pressures them to make additional purchases in order to stay. Unlike other cafes, where customers are allowed to stay for extended periods of time after buying just one item, the owner here does not understand how to run a business. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
