I informed them about my intention to proceed with complain in the head office, to the BBB and customer protection office
Went there to buy pods, asked an employee if I could pay cash on the self serve kiosk, she told me I couldn't but instructed me to sit on some chair and an employee would come help me to pay cash. 10 mins later I'm still there, 3 employee near me are having fun together (including the one that told me to sit there), only a few customers so no reason to leave me there. Anyways I just left and won't go back there.
Rude staff at the door. They implemented a stupid in-store shopping system for self-serve vs. clerc assisted.
It's a nice store, but the service not that great. I think that they suffer from a shortage of employees. The self-service option has its own issues.
What is the point of the renovation if you still have to wait in line 15-30 min to get the coffee pods. It was suppose to become an in and out affair not wait in line to get served.
