BB Bistro Laval

For dessert, we were intrigued by the Xango sushi - a deep-fried tortilla filled with dulce de leche, rolled in sugar and cinnamon, topped with caramel and chocolate sauce. The presentation was impressive, with a sushi twist including a pistachio paste resembling wasabi, pickled pears in a pink syrup mimicking ginger slices. The prices were reasonable considering the effort put into each dish. The manager appeared a bit overwhelmed but was eager to please. Overall, we had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant.

My friends and I attended ladies' night at BB Bistro last Thursday. We are a group of women in our late 40s. The restaurant has a very nice modern style that we enjoyed.
