I typically dine at a different Amir restaurant, but I decided to give this one another chance after a disappointing visit a few years ago. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The potatoes were cold and stale. While the sandwich was filled with plenty of meat and toppings, it had an odd taste—almost as if mustard was added. The staff were fine, and the service was acceptable, but they really need to improve their quality if they want me to come back.
The main dishes were generously portioned, and everything was fresh and met my expectations. The cleanliness and service were satisfactory, and the prices were reasonable. While it wasn't anything extraordinary, I felt satisfied with my experience and would definitely return without hesitation.
Hi! I live in Mississauga, Ontario, and I typically go to Lazzeza for this type of cuisine, which I consider to be average for Middle Eastern food. I recently tried Amir here in Quebec, and I found that the quality and taste are significantly lower than Lazzeza, even though the prices are higher. If someone is just looking to try Middle Eastern food occasionally, it might be worth a visit, but don’t expect it to compare favorably to Lazzeza.
This Amir is fantastic. It 's the only one I go too.It 's really clean, good food and service. They have SAJ bread also that 's a thinner pita that I don 't think you can get in the other Amirs. One time I ordered a shawarma and they gave me a shish taouk. They let me keep the shish taouk amd made me a shawarma as well.I dropped my closed can of doctor paper and the counter guy offered to replace it.Absolutely great service and I dont regret my loyalty to this particular Amir. The rest should really be up to this standard.
